3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

When booking a yacht charter, ensure you:

• Have attained the age of 18 years
• Supply accurate, complete submissions
• Provide the necessary deposit as outlined in your booking confirmation
• Conform to these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

Your reservation is only guaranteed once payment has been made and our written acknowledgment has been issued. Service may be declined to any individual at our discretion.

3.3 Availability

All charters depend on the availability of the vessel and favorable weather conditions. We aim to fulfill your preferred scheduling to the best of our capability.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All pricing is presented in € and is inclusive of all applicable taxes, unless indicated otherwise. Pricing is subject to change without notice.

4.2 Payment Schedule

• Deposit: 50% of the charter's total cost is due when you make the reservation
• Remaining Balance: Payable 48 hours before the departure of the charter
• Any extra costs (if applicable): Payable upon the conclusion of the charter

4.3 Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, bank transfers, and certified bank drafts. We ensure secure and confidential payment processing.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

• If cancelled over 72 hours before departure: Full refund, less any processing charges
• For 24-72 hours before departure cancellations: 50% refund
• If less than 24 hours remain before departure: No refund shall be provided

5.2 Weather Cancellations

Should weather be deemed a safety hazard by our captain, options include:

• Rescheduling your charter to another available date with no extra charge
• A refund in full if it is not possible to reschedule

5.3 Mechanical Issues

In the event that your vessel encounters mechanical difficulties, attempts will be made to supply an adequate substitute. If this is not feasible, a refund in full will be granted.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

All guests are expected to:

• Heed all instructions given by the crew
• Utilize provided safety gear as mandated
• Disclose any health conditions that could influence their safety
• Stay within the vessel's designated zones

6.2 Restricted Items

The items below are not authorized on board:

• Glassware
• Illicit substances
• Weapons
• Excessive quantities of non-alcoholic beverages beyond reasonable consumption
• Animals (unless approval has been given beforehand)

6.3 Behavior

Passengers must behave in a manner that is respectful. Should the conduct of any passenger compromise safety or disturb other passengers, we reserve the right to terminate the charter without a refund.
